How to find us

Most guests arrive at our guesthouse ILKO in Medjugorje as a group by bus. Please contact us as tour guide at an early stage to discuss dates and give us the chance to advise you regarding your travel planning and room allocation. Important notice for you: your bus can easily park directly in front of our guesthouse. Guesthouse ILKO is situated in a quiet location, Saint James Church and shops are reachable by foot.

Air travellers arrive at airports Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Sarajevo or Mostar. We gladly organise a shuttle service by bus for you.

We also support you as cooperation partner with organising trips (for example to Križevac hill) during your stay with us. Our multi-lingual team is there for you.

Many of our group pilgrimages and individual travellers add a couple of relaxing days at the beautiful coast or a trip to the historic cities Split or Dubrovnik. We also offer to support you with your trip planning which goes beyond your stay at our guesthouse.

As you see on the map below our guesthouse is only some walking minutes away from the center. Enjoy our quite place and only in short distance to the curch.
